The Wall

I don't know what it is. If it's the new job and adding about 2 more hours to the work day, if its because i met my original goal to run a half or if I'm just being lazy. Whatever the reason I just haven't been motivated to go out and run. I've been running one long run a week.-about 10 to 13 miles. The thing that sucks is I'm so over running 10 or 13 I want to do more but... I don't. I'm to cold, to hungry, to tired or have to go the bathroom...

I'm trying to wean back in. Trust me I can feel that I haven't been running. I feel like a rubber band about to pop! I need to run and want to but...
