Nanners and Kiwi

Potassium is this runners friend. I love me some bananas and since running I crave them. However, after I don't know about a month of chowing down on them they lost their appeal. 
Want to know another healthy sweet little choice? Kiwi! Who would have known, right? Its tiny and you just scope it out and if someone walks into the room you don't have to worry about NOT making eye contact with them if you know what I mean...
 
 

So per the calorie king check out the similarities of the two fruits. 


 


The chart says it all. If you hate bananas or are burnt out from them the kiwi is great secondary option. Who would have known?
